Who We Are

B. Craney, is experienced in acquisition and land development. She also has experience in the purchase and subdividing of property. B. has worked as a land agent for Hoosier Energy, and implemented the route, layout and negotiation of power line easements. As sole owner B. has qualified for MBE, WBE, and DBE status with the state of Indiana, and has been certified by INDOT to provide title searches, and insured closings.

Melinda Brown, has experience in searching property for complex construction products, and is knowledgeable in searching and examining road way easements for local engineers, as well as the projects acquired by Hoosier Energy. Melinda's staff has experience in searching all counties throughout Indiana, and is familiar with the expectations of encumbrance reports for road way purposes.

Jen Jessee, has been with Courtland Title & Escrow, Inc. since 2009. She has a vast array of experience working in the legal areas of title insurance. She currently handles a wide variety of compliance and post closing details. Jen has proven to be dedicated to producing a sound product in a timely manner, and is available to help customers at any time.

Michael Beasley, has been in the title insurance industry since 1994. He has been a title agent since 2000. His expertise and attention to detail has earned him an exceptional reputation and the ability to handle each transaction with precision and excellence.
